Catering Manager

Requirements:-

• Bsc Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from a recognized institution
  
• Higher National Diploma in Institutional Management is an added advantage
  
• Three (3) years’ relevant experience as a Catering Manager in a busy hospital or hotel kitchen.
  
• Knowledge in therapeutic nutrition will be an added advantage.
  
• Demonstrate strong leadership, management and communication skills.
  

Overall Responsibility:-

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and management of the hospital kitchen
  

• Supervision of Catering Department staff, Food Production and Service, Procurement and Hygiene maintenance, among others.
