Centre Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in centre / branch operations, preferably in healthcare or fertility services
  
• Strong leadership, people management and customer service skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
  
• Knowledge of IVF / fertility services is an added advantage
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and quality care
  
• Lead, motivate and manage the centre team to achieve targets
  
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction
  
• Monitor performance, generate reports
  
• and ensure targets are met
  
• Manage centre budgets, expenses andresource allocation
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical and safety standards
