Clinical Officer - Nairobi

Academic qualification:

▪ MUST have Higher Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery

▪ Registered with Clinical Officers Council and MUST possess a valid practicing license

▪ At least One (1) year post-internship experience in either a public or private hospital

▪ Over one (1) year working experience working ideally in a busy health facility

▪ Knowledge of non-communicable diseases (NCD) management is key

▪ Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

▪ Excellent clinical skills

▪ Required to be team oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a stressful environment, displaying resilience, compassion and diplomacy

▪ Active team player with good interpersonal skills

▪ Good analytical skills

▪ Self-initiative

▪ Ability to work under minimum supervision

▪ Proficient computer skills for data entry, analysis, and report generation.

▪ Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with the medical team and patient interaction.

▪ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize workload.
