Communication Assistant (Video & Photography)

Qualifications

• Dip/ Degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Film or a related field
  
• 2-4 years experience invideo production, photography and digital content creation.
  
• Proficiency in media tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.....etc)
  
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
  
• Ability to work independently, multitasking and meet deadlines
  
• Excellent written and spoken English
  

• Plan, film, and edit short videos for social media, company website, and internal communication.
  
• Capture and edit high-quality photos of projects, people, and events.
  
• Write and publish engaging content (captions, articles, blog posts, and updates) for the website and social platforms.
  
• Collaborate with the communications team on storytelling, content calendars, and campaigns.
  
• Manage Fireside's visual content library by organizing, tagging, and archiving assets.
  
• Support live event coverage and produce quick turnaround clips for social media.
  
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and quality across all
  
• visual and written materials.
  
• Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
