  • Experience: Two years

  • Job level: Mid level

  • Employment type: Full time

  • Salary : 25,000/= plus 10% commission


The marketing and tele-sales executive responsibilities include generating leads on our socials, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional materials, and meeting marketing and telesales objectives. The role will also require building the company’s brand and to drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.


We expect you to have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge in digital marketing and understanding of sales and marketing.

We expect you to have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge in digital marketing and understanding of sales and marketing.


  • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.

  • Call and convert leads generated.

  • Building and creating content

  • Creates campaigns for, and manages company social media accounts.

  • Conducting market research and report on competitor activity.

  • Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.

  • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

  • Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.

  • Contacting potential or existing clients to inform them about our services.

  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

  • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

  • Plans proactive plan for sales lead generation.

  • Maintaining client relations.

  • Comfortable self-staring assigned projects.

  • Identify and communicate creative and effective solutions to internal and external client
    needs.

  • The role will also involve working on sister brands to push and develop content.


Additional requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a digital marketer.

  • Experience in designing through Canva.

  • Tele sales experience is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques.

  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.

  • High-level communication and networking skills.

  • A track record of success in converting client leads into customers and executing contracts.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to give and accept feedback
