Consultant Radiologist

Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience:

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized institution
  

• Master of Medicine (MMed) in Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
  

• Fellowship training in a radiology subspecialty will be an added advantage
  

• Minimum of three (3) years' post-qualification experience as a practicing Radiologist
  

• Valid practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC)
  

• Valid radiation practice authorization where applicable
  

• Must be in good professional standing with relevant professional bodies
  

Core Competencies:

• Demonstrated competency in CT reporting
  

• Experience in advanced diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures is an added advantage
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  

• Strong report writing and ICT skills, including familiarity with Teleradiology systems
