*About the Role*

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service while creating a luxury customer experience. You will assist customers with inquiries, identify their needs, build strong relationships, and serve as a brand ambassador for RH, a global leader in luxury home furnishings and design.

*Requirements*

✔️ C1 English proficiency (Advanced/Fluent)

✔️ At least 1 year of customer service experience (luxury retail, high-end furniture, or premium customer-facing environments preferred)

✔️ Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Mac OS, and iOS devices is preferred

✔️ Availability to work onsite in Nairobi

✔️ Availability to work the required schedule (4:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
