Qualifications and Competencies
  • Diploma in General Agriculture, Agricultural Extension, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years practical experience in farm management.
  • Experience in demonstration farms, school farms, community training, agribusiness, or experiential learning environments will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic computer application skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Basic record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Passion for practical agriculture, learner engagement, sustainability, and community impact.


Responsibilities
  • learning hub operations.
  • Drive productivity, organization, and continuous improvement across the farm systems and learning spaces.
  • Develop and implement work plans, budgets, and operational schedules to support efficient performance.
  • Coordinate experiential learning activities, farm visits, trainings, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement programs.
  • Support marketing and outreach by keeping the farm ready for attractive practical learning experiences and providing timely updates, content, and success stories.
  • Contribute to income-generation initiatives through practical agribusiness thinking, cost control, productivity improvement, and support for school/community visit packages.
