Our Recruitment Process

1. Screening and Shortlisting – Our recruitment team reviews applications to shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications.
   

2. Skill Test – Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete relevant math assessments (e.g., solving complex math problems or reviewing math-related materials).
   

3. Interview – Successful candidates from the skill test will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager and potentially other team members.
   

4. Background Check – Final candidates will undergo a background check before being onboarded.
   

• Provide constructive feedback and clarify solutions to improve learner comprehension.
  

• Ensure accuracy and clarity in mathematical explanations and problem statements.
  

• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet content creation deadlines.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s, or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field.
  

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of mathematics (e.g., algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete math).
  

• Teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development experience is a plus.
  

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
  

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
