Who can apply?

Recent university graduates (0-2 years) with strong academic performance with ability to:

• engage and partner with customer at a
  detailed technical level

• deliver solutions which provide high
  value throughout the full life cycle of the contract

• deliver high value, project management
  services as appropriate

• engage with technology partners such
  as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, OneWeb, Airtel Business India, Cisco, Avaya,
  Cambium, Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Proofpoint

Education

Degree in relevant technical field

Other (Desirable)

■ Technical certification in relevant area (i.e. CCDP, CCIE)

■ PMP certification (or equivalent for project management)

Experience

Fresh graduate from engineering school or 1-2 years related work experience in customer
facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry or equivalent

• A Solution Specialist identifies customer needs and
  provides tailored solutions by combining products, services, and expertise to
  address specific business challenges effectively.

• They collaborate with sales
  teams to create proposals, conduct product presentations, and address technical
  inquiries before the sale is finalized.

• They support sales teams (RAM, KAM, AM)
  to close deals and ensure the solution design is fully validated, the solution
  can be properly operated, SLAs can be met by Airtel Africa.
