Qualifications/special skills
- An advanced university degree (master’s or equivalent) in graphic design, visual communications, or creative direction, is required.
- A first-level university degree, combined with two (2) additional years of qualifying experience, may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in in graphic design, visual communication, or creative direction, preferably supporting international organizations or global public-facing campaigns, is required.
- Proven experience developing campaign visual identities, brand systems, and style guides from concept to execution, is required
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion tools such as After Effects, is required.
- Demonstrated experience producing assets across print, outdoor, digital, social media, web, and multimedia formats, is desirable Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, multicultural or international environment, is desirable
- Demonstrated fluency in Canva, Figma, and comparable modern design platforms, including the development of scalable, brand-safe templates for non-designers, is desirable. Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, and contemporary design trends, is desirable. Working knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design, and brand compliance requirements is desirable
