Head of Public Sector

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for government, county, and public institutions, focusing on deposits, transactions, and financing.
  
• Manage senior relationships with public sector decision-makers and represent the Bank in forums.
  
• Collaborate with teams to develop digital payment, revenue collection, and fund management solutions.
  
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical standards.
  

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, coach, and develop relationship managers, fostering sector expertise.
  
• Partner with risk, legal, treasury, and digital teams for seamless solutions.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in finance or related; master’s preferred.
  
• 8–10 years banking, with 5+ in government/public sector, including senior management.
  
• Skills in credit structuring, public finance, and digital ecosystems.
