Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in education with specialization in one or more of the advertised subject areas.
A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience in a Cambridge curriculum setting.
Demonstrated success in achieving high student outcomes in Cambridge exams.
Familiarity with Cambridge Teacher Guides, assessment rubrics, and examiner reports.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for students.
Experience mentoring or training other teachers in instructional practices is a bonus.
Design and deliver engaging lessons that align with Cambridge assessment objectives and incorporate active learning strategies.
Analyse student data to drive instruction and provide differentiated support to students.
Support departmental planning, moderation, and standardization of assessments in line with Cambridge requirements.
Contribute to the development of schemes of work, revision guides, and enrichment programs.
Evaluate student work and provide timely, meaningful, and actionable feedback.
Encourage innovation in teaching using digital tools and practical approaches in line with 21st-century learning.
