Internship - Sciences Teacher

Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in English & Literature subject.
  
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in teaching and student development.
  
• Willingness to contribute fully to boarding life, sports and co-curricular activities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• High levels of professionalism, reliability and initiative.
  
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as part of boarding and activity programmes.
  

Additional Requirements:

• Valid KRA PIN, National ID, Bank Account Details and a recent Police Clearance Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  
• Registered with TSC
  

• Supporting subject teachers in the delivery of lessons in English & Literature, Mathematics or Science subjects.
  
• Assisting with lesson preparation, learning resources and classroom organisation.
  
• Providing academic support to individuals and small groups of students.
  
• Supporting boarding routines, evening duties and weekend activities under the guidance of House staff.
  
• Assisting with sports training, fixtures and outdoor education activities.
  
• Supporting clubs, societies, trips and whole-school events.
  
• Contributing to the pastoral care and wellbeing of students.
