Requirements

• Must be born-again, mature Christians who conform to the CITAM statement of faith.
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Secondary option)
  
• Minimum C+ Grade in KCSE
  
• Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) will be an added advantage
  
• CBC Training Certification
  

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for CBC learners.

• Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the curriculum.
  
• Assess and monitor learners’ progress, providing feedback and support.
  
• Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
  
• Engage learners using innovative and interactive teaching methods.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management for the overall development of learners.
  
• Participate in co-curricular activities and other school programs.
  
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
