Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation, ideally within FMCG or lifestyle brands
  
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and X algorithms
  
• Confident using mobile editing tools such as CapCut
  
• Experience with Google Workspace - Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive
  
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and brainstorming
  
• Demonstrable portfolio of accounts managed or content created

• Write sharp, engaging and on-brand captions and digital copy
  
• Manage community engagement - responding to comments and messages with professionalism and authenticity
  
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports using Google Workspace
  
• Use AI tools for copy ideation, trend analysis and content efficiency
  
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Innovation teams on product launches and campaigns
