Marketing & Sales Executives - Rift Valley

Telepost DT SACCO seeks qualified, motivated, results-driven Marketing & Sales Executives to join its team.

Successful candidates will recruit and retain members, mobilise savings and deposits, generate quality loan business, and support the SACCO’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new members and implement strategies to retain existing members.
• Mobilise savings and deposits to support the SACCO’s growth.
• Generate quality loan business and identify potential customers.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales and marketing performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective customers.
• Ensure compliance with SACCO policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, banking, or SACCO operations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and mobilise new members.
• Candidates must currently reside within the region they are applying for.
