Description
The Maternity/MCH Nurse will provide comprehensive maternal, newborn, and reproductive health services while ensuring safe and quality care for mothers and babies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized accredited institution.
Higher Diploma in Midwifery.
Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a busy maternity/MCH setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Training in Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (EmONC) is an added advantage.
Competencies & Skills:
Strong maternal and newborn care skills.
Ability to respond effectively to obstetric emergencies.
Compassionate patient care approach.
Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
