Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  

• Assess requirement and propose in consultation with workshop manager the specifications for parts and materials needed and duration of the repairs and maintenance
  
• Carry out assigned mechanical works
  
• Undertake preventive and corrective maintenance on trucks, trailers and other machines
  
• Account for materials and parts used
  
• Carry out general cleanliness of the mechanical section and its environs
  
• Observe security and safety measures of all tools, parts, materials and equipment under his/her care.
  
• Rescue trucks on transit on need basis
