National Consultant (Asset Management Expert)

Qualifications/special skills

• An advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in asset management, finance, engineering, business administration, public administration, or a closely related field is required.
  

• A first-level university degree in a similar discipline, combined with two additional years of relevant professional experience, may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.
  

• A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in asset management, infrastructure planning, facilities management, or a related area is required.
  

• Strong technical expertise in the principles, methodologies, and best practices of strategic asset management is required.
  

• Proven ability to assess and analyze complex systems and data, identify trends and risks, and formulate evidence-based recommendations is required.
  

• Proficiency in asset information systems, inventory management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools, and other relevant digital platforms is required.
  

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and adapt language, tone, and style to diverse audiences, are required.
  

• Experience delivering training, facilitating technical workshops, or advising public sector institutions or international organizations on asset management strategies is desirable.
