Type of Qualification: First Degree

Field of Study: Project Management, Real Estate, Property Studies, Land Economics, Valuation & Estate Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or any other related field.

Professional qualifications in Facilities & Asset Management, Valuation and Property Management are highly desirable.

Experience Required

Real Estate Management

3-5 years

• Experience in property & asset management preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  
• Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of fixed assets and leases including negotiations and the related regulatory compliance.
  
• Exposure to commercial or institutional property portfolios
  
• Familiarity with operational risk management, governance frameworks and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  
• Managing and engaging with various stakeholders at a senior level.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Report writing for management or governance forums.
