Officer Enterprise Applications Support

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise applications, monitor performance, troubleshoot network and system issues, and document infrastructure.
  
• Assist with system rollouts, setup of new branches, and routine user support.
  
• Manage network security, firewalls, VPNs, and respond to security risks and audit findings.
  
• Provide user training on network configurations and VOIP.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field, CCNA, security certifications.
  
• 1-2 years in network infrastructure, with knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and IP telephony.
