Description
The Paediatric Nurse will provide specialized nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents while ensuring compassionate, safe, and family-centered healthcare services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized accredited institution.
Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy healthcare facility.
Valid BLS and ACLS certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Training in PMTCT and Quality Improvement is an added advantage.
Competencies and Skills:
Excellent paediatric patient care skills.
Compassion and patience when handling children and families.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
