About the Role

We’re looking for experienced and insightful language professionals to join our team as Pedagogy Expert – French Language Focus.This role is ideal for educators, trainers, or curriculum experts with a strong background in language learning and assessment—especially those who thrive in flexible, remote work environments.

As an evaluator, you'll assess written content in French, provide expert feedback, and contribute to the development of AI-driven language learning systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams while working independently on a project that’s shaping the future of digital education



  • Assess and score French-language essays and writing assignments with a focus on linguistic accuracy, structure, and learning outcomes.

  • Provide in-depth, constructive feedback to support learner improvement.

  • Help define and refine language learning evaluation metrics and rubrics.

  • Share pedagogical insights to inform product development and learner experience design.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Professional Background:

    • Experience as a teacher, curriculum evaluator, language trainer, or education consultant.

    • Familiarity with second-language acquisition principles and writing assessment.

  • Language Skills:

    • Native or near-native fluency in French (written and spoken).

    • Bilingual proficiency in an additional language is an added bonus.

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Language Education, Applied Linguistics, French Studies, or related fields.

    • A Master’s degree is a strong advantage.

  • Remote-Ready:

    • Self-driven and organized.

    • Comfortable using a personal laptop and managing your time independently.

Work Details

  • Initial workload: Approx. 15 hours (calibration and onboarding).

  • Ongoing project hours: 200–300 hours total, spread over several months.

  • Task duration: Each task typically takes 1–2 hours.

  • Remote work: Fully online. You’ll use your personal laptop and will be provided a vendor email for communication.

  • Flexible hours: Work when it suits you—just meet your deadlines!
