We are urgently lookin for HEAD OF MAINTENANCE. Someone with the ability to oversee and lead maintenance procedures. Well versed in all maintenance process and health safety
regulations.
Required skills and qualifications
1. Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering i.e., Mechanical and or electrical or a similar discipline.
3. Prior experience working as a maintenance manager, repair manager, or in a related role.
4. Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work.
5. Experience in planning maintenance operations
6. Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, electrical and any other related aspect.
7. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
8. Ability to effectively create and execute maintenance procedures.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1. Develop, execute preventive maintenance schedules and check lists, ensuring the availability of machines to achieve productivity goals.
2. Coordinate, repair and maintenance work done by external parties, ensuring the procurement
of required spares.
3. Optimize and maintain critical spare parts inventory
4. Close safety and food safety audit points on time, adhering to HACCP requirements
5. Prepare Budgets and finalize critical machines AMC (Annual maintenance Contract)
6. Control cost targets within budgets, tracking M & R, power water, and HSD costs.
7. Coordinate and implement manufacturing excellence practices such as %S, TPM. AIB, ISO
22000, ISO 450001.
8. Develop daily reports for cost tracking M & R, power, water and operation time.
9. Coordinate material planning and timely procurement to meet production targets
10. Interact with the team to improve productivity, reduce downtime, maintain compliance and
enhance overall operational efficiency.
11. Plan and execute preventive maintenance on time. Ensuring breakdown analysis and control of M & R expenditure.
12. Demonstrate effective cost management skills including vendor management, negotiation, and spare management.
13. Provide training to junior assistants, operators and technicians to establish optimum
operating conditions
14. Ensure adherence to stringent food safety norms at machines and shop floor.
15. Verify all equipment’s working condition and follow shutdown procedures, including cleaning and tracking.
16. Continuously strive for technology up-gradation and automation to reduce equipment downtime and contribute to engineering development.
