Role Summary
Develop Training Materials: Create training manuals, guides, and presentations on new processes, systems, or technologies that are unfamiliar or still evolving. Standardize all documentation across tools and processes
Hybrid Training Programs: Create and structure training programs tailored to different learning styles and levels of expertise, ensuring the content is accessible and understandable for diverse audiences. Deliver this content through a variety of formats (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, etc).
Monitor Progress and stay updated: Track and measure trainee progress and provide feedback, adjust training content based on findings. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to improve outcomes. Keep content updated as well
Create Assessments: Develop tests or evaluations to measure knowledge retention and practical application. Provide remediation for learners who need additional support.
Document and communicate effectively: Create and maintain clear and precise documentation for new and existing processes, including training updates, KPIs, audits, feedback, and learnings. Drive and induct a Performance & SLA driven culture with clearly defined metrics
Be an SME: Communicate policy changes to operations teams as required, solve queries raised by operations through various channels and resolve conflicts related to policies
Coordinate with other operational functions (Quality, Training, Metrics) to ensure SOP adherence
Must-Have:
Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process training, instructional design, or corporate training,
Experience in creating and delivering training on new or complex content and processes, both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Education: Graduate in any discipline and 3+ years of previous work experience
Skills
Extremely good verbal and written communication skills: Should be a natural public speaker, able to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly.
Skilled in MS Office Suite: Proficient in Google or MS Office Suite (including Google Docs/MS Word, Google Sheets/MS Excel, Google Slides/MS PowerPoint)
Quick learner and a Self-starter - you learn independently and stay motivated with limited direction. Ability to quickly learn new content and adapt materials to evolving processes or systems.
Startup energy and hustle: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to deliver training for unknown or emerging topics. Comfortable quickly adapting as we build the project
Team player
You need to have your computer and functioning internet
Good to Have:
Previous work experience as a trainer in a preferably fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
