Fair Acres Boutique Hotel is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer- focused Receptionist to join our team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree from a recognized hospitality institution
  
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Front Office and Reservations
  
• Conversant with Hotelwise Hotel Management System
  
• Fluency in a foreign language will be an added advantage (French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.)
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
  
• Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and front office operations
  
• Professional, well-presented, organized, and guest-focused
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
