Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing physical and electronic records.
- File, retrieve, and archive institutional documents.
- Maintain records, registers and document tracking systems.
- Support document control and records digitization.
- Ensure confidentiality of institutional information.
- Assist during audits and records verification exercises.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma in Records Management, or related field.
- Recent graduate or continuing student eligible for internship.
- Good organizational and computer skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
