Description
On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical client, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow sales operations across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
We are looking for professionals based either in Kenya, Uganda or Tanzania, who are willing to travel within the East African Region. They should be citizens of any of the East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda or Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the regional sales and marketing team.
Develop and execute commercial plans for pharmaceutical products.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies to generate prescriptions.
Collaborate with the Export Sales Manager to drive regional growth targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceuticals.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
Strong communication, presentation, and marketing skills.
Proven leadership capabilities and understanding of the regional pharmaceutical market.
