We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python,Excel and SQL, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will analyze data, extract actionable insights, and effectively communicate findings to help improve operational efficiency.
Summarise analysis results and present them to stakeholders to showcase findings, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actions.
Generate and validate reports that offer meaningful insights.
Identify and report any cases that require immediate attention to streamline or improve processes.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effectively communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business questions into actionable insights.
Uphold our commitment to customers by ensuring all orders are delivered within the promised timelines and providing an exceptional delivery experience.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
