Description
We are seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles (SDR, call center, outbound).
-Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo.
-Fluent English (oral and written).
-Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-High-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
-Execution of multi-channel strategies to reach potential clients.
-Lead qualification based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
-CRM management: update and maintain records accurately.
-Achieve activity and conversion targets consistently.
-Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs.
