Role Overview

We are seeking two (2) results-driven Sales Executives to support customer acquisition, retention, and overall client relationship management. The role involves both field engagement and structured follow-up to ensure consistent platform usage and growth.

Requirements

  • Age: Below 40 years
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is preferred
  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented
  • Excellent smartphone/tablet usage skills (CRM tools, apps, digital onboarding)
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients onto the Speedy Chui platform
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure continued usage
  • Convert potential leads into active clients
  • Manage day-to-day Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Monitor and mitigate competitive activities in the market
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Support any other sales and customer engagement activities as required
