Saturday: 21:00 – 07:00 (overnight to Sunday)

Sunday: 23:00 – 08:30 (overnight to Monday)


A Scheduler, also known as an Appointment Scheduler, coordinates appointments for employees, Caregivers, customers, custodians, or patients.


Their main responsibilities include planning weekly employee schedules, determining appointment lengths, and making/receiving phone calls to/for patients or customers their appointments or meeting times.


Note: This is not a customer service position, this is an administrative position to work for an office as part of their staff.
Requirements:

- English C1 - little accent

- Experience as a scheduler and job stability of at least 6 months to 1 year

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, caregivers, custodians, patients, and hiring managers.
-Proficient in using scheduling software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.



Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Answer Inbound and/or make Outbound calls to take inquiries or messages in an upbeat, professional manner.
-Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service.
-Serves as liaison between associates and the Office Manager. Manage and maintain the interview and meeting schedule, ensuring timely communication and confirmation with all parties involved daily.
-Coordinate logistics for interviews, including room bookings, virtual meeting setups, and any necessary materials.
-Assists with recruiting, associate hiring, orientations, in-services, disciplinary actions, etc.
-Ensure adherence to the interview schedule, adjusting as needed to accommodate changes or conflicts.
-Coordinate with candidates, employees, customers, custodians or patients, and hiring managers to schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-up meetings.
-Assist with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts.
-Receive referrals and inquiries on the company's programs.
-Perform payroll duties including verifying timesheets, updating telephony records, and computer input for payroll processing.

-Maintain documentation of associate work records in the system and ensure current and complete personnel records for all associates.
