SDR Supervisor

Kenya, Nairobi – On-site
We are seeking a results-driven SDR Supervisor to lead, manage, and elevate the performance of a high-impact sales development team.
This role is responsible for end-to-end team management, ensuring KPI achievement, driving performance, and building scalable strategies to maximize results. You will act as the key link between daily operations and strategic business goals.

- Proven experience in Sales Development / SDR team leadership
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Advanced analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Fluent English (required)
- Clear career progression path (Senior Supervisor → Management roles)
- Ongoing development in leadership, analytics, and sales training
- Commission is based on team performance against overall targets
Responsibilities
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Accountability
- Full ownership of the assigned SDR team (100% accountability)
- Ensure achievement of both individual and team KPIs
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities
- Drive performance aligned with business objectives
- Create and execute Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions (weekly/biweekly) for coaching and performance review
- Identify high-potential talent and develop future Team Leaders
- Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
- Serve as the primary QA reference for call/IA quality and process adherence
- Lead shadowing sessions, role plays, and ongoing training initiatives
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure alignment with commercial and operational standards
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including:
- IAs handled
- PCA
- Productivity metrics
- Attendance
- SDR performance comparisons
- IAs handled
- Analyze trends and build strategies to improve results
- Identify and escalate blockers proactively
