We are seeking an accomplished and strategic-minded Senior General Manager to provide

leadership and direction in driving the growth and success of our organization. The Senior

General Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction,

strengthening client relationships, and optimizing operational performance. The ideal candidate

will possess extensive experience in the insurance industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a

proven track record of delivering tangible results.


Qualifications & Other requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree preferred. A Degree in law would be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 10-20 years of progressive experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, services including policy construction, regulations, and market dynamics.

  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies and plans.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business performance.

  • Proficiency in spoken Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati would be highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
  • A Kenyan citizen

  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to anticipate challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and

  • value-added solutions to clients.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies

    and procedures.

  • Represent the company in industry forums, networking events, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
