Qualifications & Other requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred. A Degree in law would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10-20 years of progressive experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, services including policy construction, regulations, and market dynamics.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies and plans.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business performance.
- Proficiency in spoken Hindi, Punjabi, and Gujarati would be highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
