Senior Lecturer in Child Health and Pediatrics

REQUIREMENTSAcademic Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and a Masters in Medicine in Child health and Pediatrics Or
  
• MBChB, Member college of Pediatrics, Fellow College of Pediatrics or equivalent (ECSAPАС)
  
• PhD will be an added advantage
  

Experience

The Candidate should

• Be a member of relevant professional bodies
  
• Have evidence of contribution to University/Research Institution through activities such as participation in Departmental management, students’ academic /research advising, school or University/Institutional meetings, committee membership and related matters
  
• Demonstrate community involvement (e.g. member of BOG)
  

Skills

Applicants should demonstrate

• Teach/conduct research and supervise students and /or staff
  
• Design and develop academic programs and curricula
  

Publications

• Minimum of one publication will be an added advantage
