Qualifications
- Relevant experience with sales and marketing, at least one year.
- Experience in sales of mitumba or mitumba bales is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Should be a person of integrity, self-driven, aggressive, and a team player
- Result oriented and able to meet targets.
Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Establishing new markets and recruitment of new Customers
- Drive sales growth, to achieve weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual set targets
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate their needs and promote the company products
