Qualifications

• Education/training: University qualification (Master) in agriculture, social science, political science, law, economics, development studies, digital humanities or other relevant disciplines
  
• Language: C1-level language in English and in either Spanish, French or a national language spoken in any of the country contexts.
  
• General professional experience: 3 years of professional experience in capacity building or training design for development projects
  
• Specific professional experience: 3 years of professional experience in designing and delivering training-of-trainers
  
• Regional experience: 3 years of experience in Latin America or Africa or Asia (region)
  
• Other: 3 years of experience with smallholders or agricultural MSMEs
