Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be born-again, mature Christians who conforms to the CITAM statement of faith.
  
• Minimum ECDE certificate.
  
• One (1) Year teaching experience.
  
• P1 or ECDE certificate would be an added advantage.
  
• CBC training would be an added advantage.
  
• Registered by TSC in good standing.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Flexibility to work in other towns within the Country
  

• Assist learners with safe entry and exit from the school bus.
  
• Supervise learners during transportation to ensure safety and appropriate behaviour.
  
• Ensure a conducive learning environment and should be able to teach at least two (2) subjects within CBC provisions.
  
• Collaborate with the bus drivers to address any issues or concerns during the journey.
  
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and guardians regarding learners' behavior or any incidents that occur on the bus.
  
• Assist the teacher in implementing educational activities and maintaining a positive learning environment on the bus.
  
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
