Teacher (Individual Student Support)

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education (Special Needs Education) or Bachelor of Education with Special Needs certification.
  
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with individualized or small-group support.
  
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive education.
  
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable teaching approach.
  

• Deliver personalised academic instruction aligned with ILP goals.
  
• Adapt classroom materials and teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  
• Support the student in developing confidence, independence, and social skills.
  
• Monitor, document, and report progress toward academic and behavioral targets.
  
• Maintain open communication with the learning support team and parents.
  
• Foster a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment.
