Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s
  

  in Telecommunication, Electrical, IT, or related field.
  

• At
  

  least 6 months of ISP field installation experience.
  

• Strong
  

  communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficiency
  

  in Microsoft Office.
  

• Customer-focused
  

  with solid technical and organizational abilities.
  

• Support
  

  SME/Enterprise installations and repairs.
  

• Manage
  

  installation orders to meet revenue goals.
  

• Provide
  

  timely feedback and reports on installation progress.
  

• Liaise
  

  between clients, contractors, and design teams.
  

• Commission
  

  and test equipment post-installation.
  

• Ensure
  

  compliance with safety and operational policies.
  

• Be
  

  available for emergency technical support.
