Essential
We're looking for someone who has:
● A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field.
● 1–2 years' experience in telesales or a call centre environment.
● Previous experience within financial services or retail telesales.
● Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM or digital systems.
● Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
● A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
● The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
It would be an advantage if you have:
● Fluency in both English and Swahili.
● Experience supporting collections or customer account management.
● Experience working within fintech, lending or financial services.
