UI/UX Designer Internship Program (August- November 2025)

• Undergraduate qualification in UI/UX design or fine arts or any other relevant course or Continuing students in at least their second year of study in university/college.
  
• Basic understanding of Graphic design, UI/UX fundamentals and mobile/web design principles.
  
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, Canva).
  
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
  
• Good eye for detail, layout and visual hierarchy
  
• Strong Portfolio of compelling design projects.
  
• Exposure to prototyping and interactive design.
  
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
  
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.

- Only continuing students in at least their second year of study in university/college are eligible to apply.

• Define and lead QA strategies that embody shift-left principles, embedding quality from the earliest stages of planning and design across web and mobile applications, including Flutter-based platforms.
  
• Own the quality assurance lifecycle by driving early testing activities such as requirements reviews, risk assessments, and test planning across all stages of development.
  
• Design and scale automated testing frameworks for web and mobile platforms to support fast feedback, improve test coverage, and ensure reliable releases across multiple environments.
  
• Establish robust testing processes for functional, regression, integration, API, and performance validation to ensure end-to-end product quality.
  
• Enable test automation within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous validation and early detection of issues in development workflows.
  
• Guide and mentor QA engineers in best practices for test design, automation strategy, and quality ownership across the SDLC.
  
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with engineering, project, and design teams to ensure shared responsibility for quality from ideation through deployment.
  
• Continuously improve QA processes, introducing scalable methodologies, metrics, and feedback loops to drive measurable quality outcomes.
  
• Ensure effective test data management and backend validation, leveraging strong knowledge of databases and backend systems.
  
• Oversee QA planning and reporting using project and test management platforms to align testing efforts with sprint goals and product milestones.
