About the role:

Your mission is to ensure we onboard partners efficiently, accurately, and in line with our regulatory and compliance standards. As we grow and expand into new markets, partnering with more vendors than ever before, you'll play a key role in maintaining trust, speed and quality in our onboarding process.

Perform due diligence checks on new vendors and partners.
Clearly document rationale for onboarding decisions, ensuring transparency and audit-readiness.
Use tools like JIRA to manage onboarding workflows and track case progress.
Work closely with internal teams to streamline onboarding and resolve blockers quickly.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
Help improve onboarding processes to increase efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
Good knowledge of tools like JIRA (or equivalent project tracking tools).
Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
Solid written communication skills, especially in documentation and reporting.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in vendor onboarding, compliance or due diligence.
Familiarity with regulatory standards or risk assessment frameworks.
Prior experience in a high-growth or international company.
Exposure to onboarding tools or CRM systems.
