  • B.Sc or HND in Accounting (Only)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience and a Maximum of 5 years experience in Accounting positions.

Other Requirements:

  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Must live in Enugu town.
  • Should not be above 35 years of age.

Job Description / Duties

  • Creating and processing invoices.
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable.
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.
  • Tracking organization expenses.
  • Processing refunds.
  • Reconciling financial accounts.
  • Cash Allocation.
  • Sales order processing.
  • Managing daily post in and out.
  • Handling and writing cheques.
  • Receiving and processing all invoice expense forms and request for payment.
  • Verifying calculation working with the account system.
  • Managing petty cash transaction.
  • Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on the time.
  • Reconciliation of direct debits and financial account.
  • Ensuring all payments amount and records are accurate.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Working with journals, sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Planning and budgeting control.
  • Assisting the accountant with audits.
  • Preparation of financial reports.
  • Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the accountant, management and/or directors from time to time.
