We are looking for a high-intellect, strategy-minded Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our Chief Recruitment Officer. This is not a traditional administrative role; we are looking for an Operations or Strategy Analyst who wants to sit at the center of business growth.
You will be the CRO’s force multiplier—managing high-stakes pitch decks, refining business development leads, and eventually representing the CRO in internal and external forums. You must be a fast learner with a "business growth mindset" who can anticipate needs before they are articulated. If you are a confident communicator who understands that a well-managed calendar is a strategic tool, and you’re hungry to grow into a leadership role, this is your path.
What You'll Do
Strategic Support & Business Development
Pitch & Proposal Development: Design and draft high-impact pitch decks and business proposals that win clients.
Lead Generation: Support the CRO in identifying, researching, and qualifying business development leads.
Operations Strategy: Analyze existing workflows and suggest data-driven strategies to improve business efficiency and revenue growth.
Executive Coordination & Representation
Calendar Management: Proactively manage the CRO’s calendar, ensuring time is protected for deep work and strategic priorities.
Public Speaking & Representation: Act as a confident voice for the CRO, delivering presentations and representing the office in meetings.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders.
Recruitment & Project Support
Talent Liaison: Support internal and external recruitment drives, ensuring the talent pipeline aligns with the CRO’s growth vision.
Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and the CRO is updated on all moving parts.
What We're Looking For
Professional & Technical Strengths
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
Context: Because of the "Strategy Analyst" requirement, a background that includes quantitative or business research is essential.
Background: Minimum 2–3 years in Operations, Strategy, or Business Analysis.
Strategic Acumen: A deep understanding of what drives business growth and how to translate strategy into action.
Tech Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva (for decks), CRM tools, and data analysis.
Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle is a strong plus.
Leadership & Interpersonal Strengths
Confidence & Presence: You must be comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and high-value clients.
Public Speaking: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strategic Eye for Detail: You catch the errors others miss and always look for the "strategic why" behind a task.
Fast Learner: You possess the "absorb-and-apply" speed required in a high-growth environment.
