Providing administrative support in general;
Preparing reports and sending to your line manager;
Manage and control drivers and their movements;
Supervising the offloading of diesel (bulk) to sites;
Monitoring the diesel dispensation to vehicles;
Providing logistics and administrative supports to expatriates;
In charge of demand for company’s accommodations;
Providing airport deliveries for shipment and supports for expatriates movements;
Supporting in claims for insurance documentations, loss adjusters- and police reports;
Providing supports in NIN issuance and follow-up;
Assisting in license issuance.
Relating with governmental agencies and parastatals such as NAFDAC, SON, ministry of environment and water resources, federal ministry of industry, trade and investment and others;
Following up and ensuring that vehicle particulars are renewed and obtained as at when due;
Investigating motor accidents for insurance carrier;
Carrying out other duties as may be assigned periodically.
