Description
- Minimum of 2–5 years proven driving experience
- Valid Driver’s License: Class G — Trailer Drivers, Class D — Other Truck Drivers
- Experience driving articulated trucks (30 tons and above) is mandatory for trailer drivers
- Experience driving Artego / 20-ton trucks is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions
- Must be punctual, responsible, and safety conscious
- Physically fit and capable of handling long-distance trips when required
- Candidates residing around Oshodi, Apapa, Mile 2, Orile, Amuwo Odofin, Iyana Isolo, Ejigbo, Ago Palace, Festac, and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned trucks and articulated vehicles to transport goods efficiently
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Ensure proper handling and secure transportation of cargo
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety, and company policies
- Maintain accurate trip and delivery records
- Report vehicle faults, accidents, or delays promptly
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned vehicles
- Follow dispatch instructions and route schedules effectively.
