Description
Qualifications
- OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- O'Level certificate with five (5) credits including Mathematics and English Language.
- Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in Internal Control, Inventory Management, Audit, Warehouse Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Internal Control Checkers to ensure accuracy and compliance during the loading of company products.
- Allocate Checkers to all loading bays and control points to ensure adequate coverage of operations.
- Consolidate load-out reports and checker activity reports across shifts for management review and decision-making.
- Raise and document incident reports from loading bays and operational areas.
- Follow up on control issues, discrepancies, and exceptions reported by Checkers and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain attendance records and daily supervision reports for Internal Control personnel.
- Monitor the movement of raw wheat, bulk flour, and other materials across inter-company transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Verify compliance with inventory control procedures, loading standards, and approved operational processes.
