Membership of CIIN
Bancassurance Certification
Agent proficiency Certification
Public speaking experience
Experience selling products that are not fast-moving consumer goods.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience around creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Ensure retention of existing businesses through implementation of customer service retention schemes
Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them

Follow through with to ensure that all required documents are provided for operations, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers and claims payment are followed through
